Pet Shipping Conference

The theme for The Independent Pet and Animal Transportation Association’s (IPATA) annual conference in Seattle starting on the 14th of this month will be “Keeping Up With A. Rapidly Changing Industry” as it focuses on updating professional pet shippers with changes in the pet transportation industry. The Program this year also includes a basic shipping workshop for beginners for those that are new to the pet shipping industry. Students will learn industry terminology, how to measure pets for kennels, calculating freight prices, how to find country regulations, documentation requirements etc. The IPATA is an international network of pet shippers. IPATA members are located 15 countries and serve all major airports worldwide.
