Ingredients & Labelling

The majority of committed pet owners pay close attention to the ingredients lists on pet food labelling and count this over price as their most important consideration when choosing pet food according to our latest poll. In answer to the question: "Which one of the following is most important to you when choosing Pet Food?" Price, Convenience, Availability, Trusted Brand, Ingredients and Labelling, None of the above.. 43% of voters said Ingredients and Labelling and only 13% opted for price. A high proportion of people browsing pet products and services and who are reachable through the internet, through its communities and web-sites, have more than a household interest in pets. Many are enthusiasts - breeders, rescuers etc., or are involved in sectors of the industry - vets, groomers, kennel owners and so on. The majority of this group are multiple pet owners.
