The team behind the site, which beat two other competitors in the final round for this category, was presented with a trophy at an award ceremony at the Intercontinental Hotel in London's Park Lane on the 8th of November.

Tony Verrinder, who heads Aquazoo and supplies shops with the Sera range of products, accepted the award from TV presenter John Humphries. Tony said:

"I really hoped that we would win and I am so proud of the team's achievements. I am passionate about the aquatic trade and want more people to take up the hobby and achieve good results. Our websites communicate with our customers and share valuable information."

Sera were also winners amongst other high profile companies in a total of 12 award categories.

The Aquazoo site offers an aquarium water test system 'Aquatest' which is carried out on the Internet, the first of its kind.

Results of the water test are fed into a computer screen, the system then analyses and grades the results and makes recommendations on how to improve water quality or solve a specific problem.
