New Venue SCC Show Seeks Sponsors

The Scottish Cat Club, (SCC) show on 3 February 2001 has found a new home and is now seeking sponsors.

The show has moved from its home for some years at the SECC to the Braehead Arena, a few minutes down the M8 from their previous venue.

The move provides new facilities for exhibitors including close at hand shopping, restaurants and coffee shops. There are also two ice rinks and the Arena itself provides seating for 4000.

Organisers point out that entry fees have been pegged at last year's level and exhibitor free car parking is being set aside for the show.

The major sponsors are Iams, who will have a promotional trailer on site with a number of deals available but the Scottish Cat Club is still seeking sponsors of individual classes at the show.

Stall holders are advised that stall space is considerably cheaper at the new venue.

Details for exhibitors, sponsors and stalls together with directions to the new venue are on the club's new website at www.scottishcatclub.freeserve.co.uk and the contact for bookings is David Hammond on 01555.851063.
