NCDL Microchipping |
The
National Canine Defence League (NCDL)
begins microchipping dogs in Newry today as part of its Give a Dog a
Life campaign, which was launched in Northern Ireland in September 2000.
The campaign aims to reduce the number of stray dogs in the region and the number of healthy dogs that are destroyed by local authorities because their owners cannot be traced. For more information on the Give a Dog a Life campaign, or a free leaflet about microchipping please call 0845 6063036.
