Initially the agency will work on developing the charity's digital marketing strategy. It is also tasked to work on search, display and fundraising e-mail campaigns. The announcement mentions activities which include prize draws, lottery, and PDSA trading arms.

Founded in 1917 by animal welfare pioneer, Maria Dickin CBE, PDSA is a non-campaigning and non-political charity, dedicated solely to caring for the pets of people in need by providing free veterinary services to their sick and injured animals and promoting responsible pet ownership.
