We provide a Holiday Property Care (only) service where no animals are present at your house. Note that this service is included for free in all of our pet sitting services.

Property Care Security

Paws Indoors doesn’t advertise on its vehicles. It is not a good idea to announce the presence of a pet sitter at your property while you are away.

We will:

run an initial door and window check and then check again after any other person (such as your cleaner), has visited the property.

deal discreetly with callers to the house when we are present.

deal with any scheduled deliveries and move mail away from sight.

check the house for disturbances and weather or pet damage.

visually check that utilities in the property, appliances and boilers etc. are either working correctly or are switched off – as appropriate.

respond quickly and appropriately to any unforeseen problems such as leaks or appliance failures.

carry out minor activities, adjusting curtains, altering lights, putting out ‘washing’, moving rubbish etc. to enhance the security of the property

respond promptly to any alarm alerts whether from alarm companies or from your neighbours.

keep all of our documentation about your property, your keys and all contact and contact back-up details private and secure.

Optional:

We will water any houseplants within the standard visit cost.

Additionally (at extra cost):

Attend your property for deliveries.
Collect and forward items to you from your property.
Water lawns and borders.
Mow lawns.
Shop for extra pet-supplies and stock up for your return home.

Prices

Property Care	..per visit:
Single Daily Visits	£8.10
Twice Daily Visits	£8.00
Optional Activities	£28/hour (or part)
Travel Charges	Range £0 to £6.50
